Junior Cabinet Installer / Carpenter Helper

We're a small custom cabinetry and millwork shop that takes pride in quality craftsmanship and treating our customers right. We're looking for a dependable, hardworking person who wants to learn the trade and become part of our team.
Whether you have some experience or you're just getting started, we're willing to train someone with a great attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.
What You'll Do
- Assist with installing custom cabinets, vanities, built-ins, closets, and other millwork.
- Help load and unload materials and keep the work truck organized.
- Prepare job sites and assist with measuring, fitting, and installing cabinetry.
- Use hand and power tools safely.
- Help keep the shop and job sites clean and organized.
- Work alongside experienced installers while learning the skills of the trade.
What We're Looking For
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Comfortable using basic hand and power tools (experience is an asset but not required).
- Able to lift 50 lbs and perform physical work throughout the day.
- Good attention to detail and pride in doing quality work.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
- Construction, carpentry, or cabinet experience is a bonus, but we're happy to train the right person.
