We are currently seeking hardworking, detail-oriented, and dependable Housekeepers to join our team.
Position Summary:
As a Housekeeper, you play a vital role in ensuring our guest rooms and public areas are clean, sanitized, and well-presented. You will also be responsible for laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens. This is a hands-on role suited for someone with strong attention to detail and a passion for cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities:Room & Public Area Cleaning:
- Clean guest rooms to brand and company standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms
- Restock room supplies such as towels, toiletries, coffee, and other amenities
- Clean and maintain public areas including hallways, stairwells, and lobby as needed
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or lost & found items to management
- Organize and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment in an orderly manner.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
- Manage time efficiently to complete tasks within designated timeframes while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
Laundry Duties:
- Collect, sort, wash, dry, and fold all linens including sheets, towels, blankets, and pillowcases
- Operate washers and dryers safely and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the laundry area
- Monitor linen supply and notify management when inventory is low
Qualifications:
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to lift, bend, and be on your feet for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to maintain a positive attitude
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as required
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
