We are a leading online beauty retailer looking for a customer service/packing and fulfillment clerk. Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Answering phone calls
- Responding to emails and live chat messages
- Making knowledgeable product recommendations
- Data entry
- Organize samples
- Receive and count new inventory
No experience necessary but a background in aesthetics is a plus.
Must be bilingual (English and French). Written and verbal.
Full Time Position
Monday to Friday 9am-5pm

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00-$46,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Pointe-Claire, QC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
