Local Licensed Coach – INTER Academy Toronto
INTER Academy Toronto is looking for passionate and motivated licensed coaches to join our growing academy staff.
As the official academy of FC Internazionale Milano in the Greater Toronto Area, we provide high-level football training through the internationally recognized INTER methodology, focused on long-term player development and individual improvement. Our programs combine elite training standards with competitive environments designed to help players grow both on and off the field.

INTER Academy Toronto is dedicated to developing young athletes through a shared football philosophy and methodology directly connected to the INTER Academy network in Milan. Our focus is on technical growth, tactical understanding, physical development, and mental resilience, while creating a positive and professional learning environment for every player.
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a local coach who:
* Holds a valid coaching license (National C, UEFA C/B, or equivalent preferred)
* Is passionate about youth development and player improvement
* Brings energy, professionalism, and a strong work ethic
* Is eager to work within a shared methodology and collaborative coaching environment
* Has experience working in competitive youth soccer programs
* Communicates effectively with players, staff, and families
