At Kelowna Karting, the front desk is where every guest experience begins. From checking people in to answering questions and helping with bookings, this role is all about creating a smooth, welcoming, and positive experience for every guest who walks through the door.
What you’ll be doing:
- Welcoming guests and helping them get checked in
- Answering phone calls and assisting with bookings and questions
- Managing race times, guest profiles, and daily reservations
- Handling payments and transactions accurately
- Helping coordinate group bookings and events
- Keeping the front area clean, organized, and running smoothly
What We’re Looking For:
We want someone who’s confident, quick on their feet, and genuinely enjoys helping people.
- Friendly, outgoing, and professional
- Organized and comfortable multitasking
- Strong basic math skills and confidence handling payments
- Comfortable using phones and computers
- Reliable and available for evenings and weekends
- Previous customer service, front desk, or admin experience is an asset
