We are seeking an experienced and dependable subcontractor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in exterior renovations and is capable of completing high-quality installations safely and efficiently.
Required Experience
Applicants must have proven experience installing:
- Soffit
- Fascia
- Eavestrough (gutters)
- Aluminum capping
- Exterior trim
Experience with siding is considered an asset.
Responsibilities
- Complete exterior installations to a high standard.
- Read and follow project specifications.
- Work independently while maintaining quality and productivity.
- Keep job sites clean and safe.
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of exterior installation experience.
- Own the tools and equipment needed to complete installations.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Liability insurance is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
