Position: Barista/Customer Service (Long-Term Role)
We’re seeking a reliable, positive, and responsible team player who is passionateabout great service. This is a cross-functional role where you’ll be trained across all areas of our operations-from crafting the perfect drink to assisting with food prep. If you thrive in a fast-paced, excel at multitasking, and is open to learning, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver warm and friendly customer service
- Prepare a variety of beverages (bubble tea, coffee, etc.)
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace (FOH & BOH)
- Able to help with kitchen prep and maintain food quality (washing, cutting, and other tasks as needed).
- Monitor and restock inventory as needed
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Support daily operations and perform other duties as required
What We’re Looking For:
- Able to adapt to a flexible schedule, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
- Physically able to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to work shifts at both our UofT and King St. West locations
- Previous experience in food service or retail is an asset
- The ability to communicate in Mandarin is an asset
Pay: From $17.60 per hour
