Job Overview
The Inventory Coordinator plays a critical role in maintaining inventory accuracy and integrity across PCFP facilities and third-party storage locations. This position is responsible for executing inventory transactions, reconciling discrepancies, coordinating with third-party logistics (3PL) partners, and ensuring that all inventory records within the ERP system accurately reflect physical product movement.
This role has a direct impact on food safety, regulatory compliance, financial accuracy, and operational efficiency and requires strict adherence to PCFP’s Food Safety Management System.

Key Responsibilities
Receiving, Shipping, and Returns
- Process receipts, shipments, internal transfers, and returns to vendors in a timely and accurate manner
- Ensure system transactions accurately align with physical product movement
- Investigate and resolve receiving, shipping, and documentation discrepancies
ERP and System Management
- Execute inventory transactions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Maintain accurate lot tracking, inventory status changes, and system adjustments
- Support audits, traceability requests, and ERP validation activities
Inventory Control and Accuracy
- Conduct cycle counts and participate in full physical inventories
- Investigate, reconcile, and resolve inventory discrepancies across all locations
- Ensure ongoing data integrity across company-owned and third-party storage facilities
3PL Coordination
- Process and reconcile inventory transactions for third-party cold storage facilities
- Investigate variances between PCFP inventory records and 3PL reporting
- Serve as a primary point of contact for inventory-related 3PL inquiries and issues
Process Improvement and Collaboration
- Identify gaps and inefficiencies in inventory control processes
- Support the development, maintenance, and adherence to inventory SOPs
- Participate in department and cross-functional meetings
- Collaborate closely with Warehouse, Production, Quality, and Finance teams
Qualifications
- Direct experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP is required
- Experience in inventory control, warehousing, or supply chain operations
- Post-secondary education in Business, Administration, or equivalent experience is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard for data accuracy
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced operational environment

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
