Team Outfitters is a leading custom apparel company based in Sarnia, Ontario, known for high-quality products and memorable customer experiences. We’re currently looking for a Sales Associate to join our team at our Petrolia and Sarnia locations and help deliver friendly, reliable customer service while keeping our showroom organized, stocked, and welcoming.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, helpful customer service and support day-to-day retail operations.
- Maintain an organized, welcoming store and ensure products are displayed in a way that looks great and encourages sales.
- Be the first point of contact for customers in-store and by phone, representing the company in a professional and approachable way.
- Learn how to operate a heat press to create custom apparel and assist with basic production tasks (no prior heat press experience required — we’ll train you).
- Monitor inventory levels, help keep stock accurate, and flag low or overstocked items as needed.
- Support sales goals by engaging customers, promoting products, and spotting sales trends.
- Capture in-store content and assist with posting to social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook to help promote products, events, and store updates.
- Help keep the workspace clean, tidy, and presentable.
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience in a retail environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy setting.
- A customer-first mindset with clear, friendly communication skills.
- Basic working knowledge of Instagram and Facebook, with the ability to capture and post content.
- Comfortable learning new systems and retail software.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and during peak retail periods.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, as occasional travel to events or other locations may be required.
