Westminster College is seeking a highly motivated and experienced GoHighLevel (GHL) Marketing Automation Specialist / Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. This position is ideal for a tech-savvy marketing professional who has hands-on experience with GoHighLevel and enjoys combining digital marketing expertise with administrative support responsibilities in a dynamic educational environment.
International graduates holding a valid Post-Graduation Work Permit (PGWP) are encouraged to apply.

About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing Westminster College's GoHighLevel platform while supporting daily administrative and student service operations.
GoHighLevel Responsibilities
Marketing Automation & Workflows
- Build and optimize automated marketing campaigns using GoHighLevel.
- Create lead nurturing sequences through email, SMS, and workflow automation.
- Configure triggers, campaigns, routing rules, and appointment booking systems.
- Develop and maintain automated follow-up systems to improve conversion rates.
CRM & Pipeline Management
- Set up and manage CRM pipelines and opportunity tracking.
- Monitor lead attribution and reporting accuracy.
- Manage customer journeys from lead generation through enrollment.
Funnel & Website Development
- Build, clone, and optimize landing pages, websites, and sales funnels.
- Improve conversion rates through testing and optimization.
- Create marketing assets aligned with Westminster College branding.
Integrations & Technical Support
- Integrate GoHighLevel with third-party applications including:
- Zapier
- Stripe
- Twilio
- Meta Ads
- Google Services
- AI Chatbots and Voice Bots
- Troubleshoot automation and integration issues.
- Conduct testing and quality assurance.
Snapshots & Client Account Setup
- Create and maintain reusable GoHighLevel snapshots.
- Configure new sub-accounts and marketing systems.
- Document processes and best practices.
Administrative & College Operations
- Answer telephone calls and respond to inquiries professionally.
- Assist prospective and current students with admissions-related inquiries.
- Support instructors and staff with day-to-day operational needs.
- Maintain accurate records and administrative documentation.
- Assist with front desk operations and general office administration.
- Open or close the campus facility as required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on GoHighLevel experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in workflow automation, CRM setup, and funnel building.
- Degree or diploma in Software Development, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Marketing, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong understanding of:
- Digital marketing
- Lead generation
- Marketing automation
- Appointment setting systems
- Experience with APIs, webhooks, integrations, and conditional logic.
- Ability to provide examples of previous funnels, workflows, campaigns, or snapshots.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
- Knowledge of Google Ads and search engine marketing.
- Experience with AI conversational tools and chatbot platforms.
- Experience in education, admissions, or student services environments.
- Graphic design or content creation skills are considered an asset.

Working Hours
Option 1: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Option 2: Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM
Occasional evenings and weekends may be required.
