Summary
We are seeking a Laborer to join our dynamic team at McLaughlin Trusses Inc in Wakefield, NB. This role is essential in supporting our manufacturing processes and ensuring the efficient production of high-quality structural systems. Responsibilities
- Assist in the assembly and fabrication of roof trusses and other structural components.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Follow instructions from supervisors to meet production goals.
- Perform quality checks on materials and finished products as required.
- Support team members in various tasks throughout the manufacturing process.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Ability to read a tape measure.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or construction environment considered an asset, but not required.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when necessary.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials as needed.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on various tasks.
