The Opportunity
We're looking for a reliable and motivated Pool Technician to join our team. We welcome applications from experienced pool technicians as well as mechanically inclined individuals who are quick learners and eager to develop new skills.
As PoolZenia grows, there will be opportunities for advancement into leadership positions, including Lead Technician, Territory Manager, and Operations Manager.
What You'll Do
- Perform routine pool cleaning and maintenance
- Test, balance, and manage water chemistry
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain pool equipment
- Measure and install pool liners, safety covers, and other pool installations
- Troubleshoot pool and spa issues efficiently
- Deliver professional, friendly customer service
- Represent PoolZenia with pride and professionalism
What We're Looking For
- Previous pool technician experience is preferred
- Alternatively, a strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Understanding of pool systems, equipment, and water care is an asset
- Experience with pool liner installation is a strong asset
- Physically fit and comfortable performing hands-on work
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license required
