About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Handyman / Property Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position involves maintaining multiple properties, performing general repairs, and ensuring our sites remain clean, safe, and in good condition.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently while responding to maintenance requests as needed.
Responsibilities
- Perform general handyman and maintenance tasks, including:
- Minor plumbing repairs
- Basic electrical work
- Painting and drywall repairs
- Carpentry and fixture installation
- General property upkeep
- Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies on an on-call basis
- Conduct routine inspections of assigned properties
- Identify and report maintenance issues requiring attention
- Coordinate with management regarding repairs and site conditions
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working order
- Keep accurate records of completed work
Site Documentation Requirement
- Visit assigned properties and take clear photographs of each site twice per week
- Upload or submit photos as directed by management
- Report any damage, safety concerns, vandalism, or maintenance issues observed during site visits
Requirements
- Previous handyman, maintenance, or property management experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry work
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple locations
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift and carry maintenance equipment and materials
Pay: $3,000.00-$4,000.00 per month
