Job Title: Inventory Associate

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Inventory / Stock Associate to support daily inventory and stock operations. This role focuses on receiving, organizing, tracking, and replenishing inventory to ensure accurate stock levels and smooth store operations. You will play a key role behind the scenes while also supporting the sales floor when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, check, and organize incoming inventory and deliveries
- Stock merchandise in storage areas, shelves, displays, and coolers in an organized manner
- Maintain accurate inventory levels; report shortages, damages, and discrepancies
- Rotate merchandise according to expiration dates (FIFO – first in, first out)
- Assist with inventory counts, stock audits, and restocking plans
- Label, tag, and update product information as required
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized stockroom and work area
- Coordinate with store management regarding inventory needs and priorities
- Use POS or inventory systems to update stock information
- Support store operations and assist customers when needed
- Work collaboratively with team members and communicate clearly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in inventory, stock, warehouse, or retail operations preferred
- Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable
- Ability to lift and move items up to 40 pounds (approximately 18 kg)
- Ability to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods
- Comfortable using basic computer systems and POS/inventory software
- Flexible availability, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation if travel between locations is required
