We are seeking a full-time Boutique Client Experience & Skincare Advisor to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, thrives in a retail environment, and has a genuine interest in beauty, wellness, and skincare.
You will play an important role in creating memorable client experiences while supporting boutique operations, retail growth, merchandising, and day-to-day floor excellence.

This role combines client service, product education, retail support, and boutique operations. Every day is different, and success comes from being engaged, observant, and willing to take ownership of your environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Create Exceptional Client Experiences
- Welcome clients in a warm, professional, and authentic manner
- Build trust through thoughtful conversations and personalized recommendations
- Help clients navigate products, services, and skincare solutions with confidence
- Ensure every interaction reflects the standards and values of Loshen & Crem
Support Retail & Boutique Growth
- Assist clients in discovering products and services suited to their goals
- Develop strong knowledge of brands, treatments, and product categories
- Contribute to daily retail objectives through education-focused selling
- Participate in product launches, seasonal promotions, and boutique initiatives
Maintain Boutique Excellence
- Keep the boutique clean, organized, and presentation-ready throughout the day
- Replenish stock, testers, displays, and merchandising areas
- Monitor inventory presentation and ensure products are properly displayed
- Take pride in maintaining a beautiful and welcoming environment
Client Communication & Support
- Assist clients via phone, email, and social media inquiries
- Provide information regarding products, services, appointments, and orders
- Resolve routine inquiries while escalating more complex concerns when necessary
- Communicate clearly, professionally, and efficiently
Team Contribution & Initiative
- Support daily operations wherever needed
- Demonstrate reliability, accountability, and a willingness to learn
- Anticipate needs and take action proactively
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who brings:
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, beauty, wellness, or customer service
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A polished, professional, and approachable presence

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Confidence working in a fast-paced environment
