We're currently seeking a Front Desk Representative to join our growing team. This full-time role is perfect for someone professional, customer-focused, and detail-oriented. You'll be the first point of contact for our clients and play a vital role in supporting both our sales and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Communication:
- Answer incoming calls and emails promptly and professionally
- Greet walk-in customers and provide exceptional front-desk service
- Respond to customer inquiries about products, pricing, and order status
- Direct calls and messages to appropriate team members
Inside Sales:
- Process and close sales orders over the phone and via email
- Provide product information, recommendations, and pricing to customers
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers
- Follow up on quotes and convert inquiries into sales
- Identify customer needs and suggest complementary products
- Meet sales targets and contribute to overall company growth
Administrative & Accounting Support:
- Process invoices, payments, and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Maintain accurate customer records and order documentation
- Assist with inventory tracking and order coordination
- Prepare shipping documentation and coordinate with warehouse team
- Handle basic office administration tasks
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) with excellent communication skills
- Proven customer service experience (1+ years preferred)
- Strong phone etiquette and professional demeanor
- Comfortable with basic math and handling financial transactions
- Proficient with computers and ability to learn new software quickly
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Inside sales or telesales experience is an asset
- Experience in the signage, printing, or building materials industry is a bonus
