We are looking for a Ground Freight Execution Specialist to take full ownership of the customer experience by managing the end-to-end intermodal shipment lifecycle. This role supports high-volume, complex accounts and plays a critical role in ensuring operational excellence across domestic and cross-border transportation (Canada–U.S.).
You will work closely with customers, carriers, and internal stakeholders to deliver seamless transportation solutions across FTL, LTL, and intermodal shipments. The position is based primarily in Mississauga , with occasional travel to the Caledon site.

- Identify root causes of service failures and implement corrective actions with stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and enhance customer experience

- Experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain operations (imports/exports and domestic freight preferred)
- Knowledge of cross-border operations between Canada and the U.S. is an asset
- Exposure to dispatching or transportation coordination is highly desirable
- Strong customer-centric mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- Bilingual (English/French) is a strong asset

- Work Model: On-site, with time split between Mississauga and Caledon locations
- Travel: Occasional travel between nearby sites required
- Salary Range: CAD $53,000 – $63,000 annually (based on experience)
