Position Overview
The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing administrative operations while supporting the efficiency of warehouse and logistics functions. This role combines invoicing, dispatch coordination, fleet oversight, and general office management duties. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accurate records and ensuring seamless communication across departments.
Compensation:
Starting hourly rate of $25–$26, with the understanding that compensation will be reviewed after 3 months based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze transportation, warehousing, and supply chain data to support operational efficiency
- Daily Invoicing and data compilation
- Generate and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance metrics
- Track and manage assets within the network
- Monitor and interpret freight movement to identify trends and opportunities
- Support continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven insights
Qualifications:
- Background in transportation, warehousing, or supply chain operations
- Strong analytical skills with experience in report generation and data analysis
- Experience working with asset management systems and freight movement processes
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel, reporting platforms, or logistics systems
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
