Founded in 2023, our Game Changer Soccer Academy has grown to nearly 1,000 players ranging in ages from 20 months to 18 years of age. We offer toddler soccer, academy programming, high performance training, travel teams, camps, leagues, tournaments, and strength/conditioning.
We're looking for a Business Manager to help oversee the day to day running of the academy while supporting our continued growth. This position will work closely with ownership and play an important role in keeping our programs organized, supporting our families and coaches, and helping us continue to improve.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate registrations and day to day program operations.
- Organize schedules, communications, travel team logistics, uniforms, and equipment.
- Manage our social media accounts and help promote programs, events, and registrations.
- Assist with planning leagues, tournaments, camps, and new programs.
- Help build relationships with schools, community groups, and other partners.
- Look for ways to improve our operations and enhance the experience for our players and families.
- Other related duties as required.
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who:
- Is organized, dependable, and takes initiative.
- Has strong communication and people skills.
- Is comfortable managing several projects at once.
- Has experience with Facebook, Instagram and other social media platforms.
- Has experience in administration, operations, customer service, marketing, or business management.
- Has a valid driver's licence.
Experience in soccer or youth sport is an asset, but not required.
Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
