We’re currently hiring a Team Lead Residential Cleaner to join our growing team.
We’re currently hiring a Team Lead Residential Cleaner to work as part of a 2-person cleaning team, where you are one of the cleaners on the team and also the lead.
What We Offer
- Employee position — not subcontract work
- Starting wage of CA$27–CA$28/hour for Team Lead positions

Schedule
- Consistent Tuesday–Friday daytime schedule with set start and finish times (occasional early finishes possible)
- Approximately 25 hours per week
- Westshore / Victoria BC area
Team Lead Residential Cleaner Responsibilities
- Working as part of a 2-person residential cleaning team (you are both a cleaner and the lead of your team)
- Completing residential cleaning in client homes to company standards
- Vacuuming, mopping floors, dusting, and cleaning kitchens and bathrooms
- Keeping the team on track with time management during jobs
- Supporting consistency, quality, and workflow on your team
- Communicating professionally with clients and management
- Following company systems and checklists
- Ensuring jobs are completed efficiently and to standard as a team
Qualifications
- Reliable, punctual, and organized
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Previous residential cleaning experience required
- Comfortable working in a physically active role
- Able to take initiative and guide a teammate through the workday
- Good communication skills and able to lead with kindness
- Strong attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required
- Able to work well in a 2-person team structure
