Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Lash Artist to provide high-quality lash extension and lash lift services while delivering outstanding customer care. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, friendly, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and artistry.
Responsibilities
- Perform lash extension services including Classic, Hybrid, Volume, and Mega Volume sets
- Perform lash lifts and tints according to salon standards
- Conduct thorough client consultations and recommend suitable services
- Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes
- Ensure all tools, equipment, and workstations are sanitized and maintained
- Educate clients on aftercare and product recommendations
- Rebook clients and contribute to client retention
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace
- Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and product knowledge
- Represent The W Beauty Bar professionally both in-person and online
Qualifications
- Certified Lash Technician (required)
- Previous lash extension experience preferred
- Strong isolation and application skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Punctual, reliable, and organized
- Passion for beauty, client care, and continued education
