Prairie Cannabis is looking for a reliable, customer-focused Full-Time Delivery Driver to join our team at our Prince Albert location. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the road, providing excellent customer service, and working in a fast-paced retail environment.
Our delivery service operates daily from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Outside of scheduled deliveries, you'll assist in-store as a Budtender, helping customers, stocking products, and supporting day-to-day store operations.
Responsibilities
- Safely complete in-city cannabis deliveries while providing exceptional customer service.
- Verify customer identification and follow all SLGA regulations and company policies.
- Pick up store supplies, inventory, and other business-related items as required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-maintained delivery vehicle.
- Plan efficient delivery routes and ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time.
- Assist customers on the sales floor during slower delivery periods.
- Recommend products and educate customers on cannabis products and accessories.
- Process sales using the point-of-sale system.
- Restock inventory, merchandise products, and keep displays organized.
- Assist with receiving shipments and general store housekeeping.
- Work collaboratively with the retail team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Valid Saskatchewan Class 5 driver's licence with a clean driving record.
- Comfortable driving throughout the city in various weather conditions.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves.
- Must be at least 19 years of age and legally eligible to work in Canada.
- Previous retail, delivery, or cannabis industry experience is considered an asset but is not required.
