Job Summary
Crown Isle Resort is a premier golf resort that prides itself on delivering an exceptional experience for every guest. We are currently seeking a skilled and dependable Part-Time Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience in facilities maintenance and can troubleshoot a wide range of repair issues.
This Job would be: Friday - Sunday, 2 p.m - 8 p.m
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks throughout the resort, including: simple electrical duties and minor repairs
- Minor plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs
- Troubleshooting and assessing leaks or damages
- Assist with preventive maintenance and safety checks
- Complete work orders promptly and efficiently
- Move, lift, or set up equipment and furniture as required (some heavy lifting involved)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Work independently with minimal supervision while ensuring high-quality standards
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance, building operations, or a similar role required
- General knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve on the spot
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction
- Physically capable of lifting and moving heavy items (up to50 lbs)
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
