Job Title: General Labour (Metal Recycling)

Job Overview
We are currently hiring reliable and hardworking General Labourers for a metal recycling facility in Woodbridge. This role involves sorting, dismantling, and handling metal materials in a fast-paced industrial environment. The ideal candidate is physically fit, experienced with hand and power tools, and committed to maintaining a safe and productive workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Sort, dismantle, and recycle metal materials.
- Perform heavy lifting and manual material handling (up to 50 lbs.).
- Safely operate hand and power tools, including drills, saws, and other equipment.
- Load, unload, and move materials as required.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.
- Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Complete assigned tasks accurately and on time.
Job Requirements
- Ability to perform heavy lifting of up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift.
- Previous warehouse or general labour experience is required.
- Experience using hand tools and power tools (e.g., drills, saws, etc.).
- Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environments.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong understanding of workplace health and safety standards.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to report to work by 6:45 AM sharp.
Pay: $18.50 per hour
