A premium manufacturer of high-end custom wood cabinetry with a very well equipped finishing department is looking for an experienced Finisher with a solid knowledge of finishing systems.
We are looking for a trained and qualified Finisher that can participate in production while monitoring and training junior staff. You will be expected to monitor all technical details from materials selection and preparation to equipment settings. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that we are meeting our finishing related production and quality goals on a daily basis.
This is an intermediate to senior position and suited to a person with at least 3-5 years of experience as a Finisher in a production environment such as a cabinet shop, millwork shop or furniture plant. If you have additional years of experience in a similar capacity that is a plus.
