About the Role
The Software Solutions Product Lead serves a primary engagement partner to our clients and is responsible for technology product definition, solution strategy and program execution. They work daily with our client’s product, UX and engineering groups and translate their needs into program goals, project plans and sprint execution.
This role requires someone who can bridge product thinking, user-centered design, and engineering feasibility to deliver intuitive, scalable, and high-quality product experiences.
The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in UX design, scalable software systems, component libraries, and data visualization, along with proven experience leading distributed teams across multiple time zones.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead product needs, UX strategy, architecture/design and quality governance across multiple products and platforms.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineering teams, Architects, and business stakeholders to translate product vision into scalable UX solutions.
- Drive experience and software design consistency through best engineering practices, reusable component libraries, and scalable design systems.
- Work effectively with multi-time zone teams across North America, Europe, and Asia.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows and data information architecture designs.
- Create intuitive dashboards, reporting modules, and data visualization experiences.
- Ensure usability, accessibility, responsiveness, and scalability across web and mobile platforms.
- Participate in product discovery, customer workshops, usability testing, and design reviews.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure smooth implementation and adherence to client design and quality standards.
- Stay updated with the latest product experience trends, AI-assisted design workflows, and modern component library practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in digital systems leadership experience.
- Proven experience leading product or engineering teams in enterprise level environments.
- Experience designing enterprise SaaS, healthcare, or digital platforms.
- Strong understanding of UX research, usability principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum product teams.
- Ability to manage and collaborate with globally distributed teams.
Good to Have
- Healthcare, MedTech, Dental Health, or Digital Health domain experience.
- Experience with AI-enabled UX workflows and modern design operations.
- Familiarity with frontend frameworks such as ReactJS and component-driven architectures.
- Experience working in regulated environments (HIPAA, GDPR, etc.).

Pay: $69,371.87-$201,024.10 per year
