We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Kitchen team member to work in an Asian production kitchen environment.
Duties
- Preparation of sauce items according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the establishment area, including proper food storage.
- Follow food safety guidelines and regulations to ensure the health and safety of our guests.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
- Handle food items with care, adhering to proper food handling techniques.
- Participate in inventory management, including receiving stocking supplies as needed.
- Packaging and lifting crate orders up to 15lbs per crate. once a week.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen setting is required.
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation, and meal assembly.
- Familiarity with food safety standards and best practices in the food industry.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with team member and management.
Pay: From $16.60 per hour
