We’re Hiring: Business Development Representative GTA
Spectra is a fast-growing, ISO-certified aluminum parts supplier with 5 facilities across Ontario and head office in Bradford. We’re expanding and looking for a driven Outside Sales Representative to grow our customer base and strengthen relationships across the GTA and Southern Ontario.
What you’ll do:
- Build and grow business across the GTA and Southern Ontario
- Develop strong, long-term relationships with customers and prospects—from decision-makers to the shop floor
- Identify new opportunities and expand Spectra’s market presence
- Travel regularly to meet clients and support accounts in person
- Deliver strong service and act as a trusted advisor
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in outside sales, account management, or business development
- Self-motivated, driven, and comfortable working independently
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly
- Manufacturing industry experience is an asset (aluminum experience is a plus)
