We are currently looking for an experienced Office Administrator/Office Manager. This position will oversee the administrative and financial operations and ensure smooth and efficient operations. The Office Administrator will report directly to the owner, be adaptable, proactive and detail oriented.
Position Duties & Responsibilities:
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Able to fluently use "Jobber"
- QuickBooks Online experience
- Be tech savvy
- Coordinate office operations
- Answer email inquiries
- Some Scheduling
- Customer relations and follow up
- Accounts receivable management
- Data entry/invoicing
- Preparation of marketing materials, newsletters, etc.
- Social media management
- Sourcing job materials
- Organizing office paper flow
- Occasional office and job site errands
- Receiving material orders
