Forklift Operator (Order Picker/Raymond Reach)
Our client operates warehouse and distribution facilities in Bolton, Brampton, and Mississauga, playing a vital role in local supply chains. Due to high demand, they are hiring Forklift Operators to start right away at one of their three locations.
In this role, you will ensure the smooth flow of goods by operating material handling equipment, managing inventory, and supporting warehouse operations. If you’re a certified operator looking for immediate work with growth opportunities, this could be the right fit for you.

Responsibilities
- Safely operate warehouse equipment, including Raymond Reach, Order Pickers, pallet jacks, and other material handling tools.
- Load and unload trailers and shipments following proper warehouse procedures.
- Pick and prepare orders accurately using RF scanners and order-picking systems.
- Transport and stage inventory for shipping, receiving, and storage.
- Verify inbound and outbound products against documentation to ensure accuracy.

Qualifications
- Experience as a forklift operator or in a warehouse/distribution environment.
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain/renew certification).
- Experience operating Raymond Reach and Order Pickers.
- Familiarity with RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to lift and move materials safely throughout the shift.
