Join the Opening Team
We're building the kitchen team for an exciting new Italian Panuozzo concept opening in Calgary's Beltline and are looking for passionate, reliable, and motivated Line Cooks to join us.
This is a great opportunity to be part of a restaurant from day one, working in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen focused on fresh ingredients, consistency, and genuine hospitality. You'll work alongside experienced culinary leadership while helping bring a new concept to life.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and execute menu items to recipe and presentation standards.
- Maintain consistency, quality, and speed during service.
- Set up and stock stations before each shift.
- Follow all prep lists and complete assigned prep efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation.
- Practice proper food handling and food safety procedures.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team during busy service periods.
- Assist with receiving, rotating, and storing inventory.
- Help minimize waste and follow portion control standards.
- Contribute to a positive, respectful, and professional kitchen culture.
Qualifications
- Previous line cook or prep cook experience preferred.
- Strong knife skills and a solid understanding of basic cooking techniques.
- Experience with Italian cuisine is an asset but not required.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Dependable, punctual, and professional.
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Food Safe certification is an asset.

Compensation & Benefits
- $18.00–$21.00 per hour, based on experience.
