Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and customer-focused Nail Technician to join our beauty team and expand their career. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nail care services, including manicures and nail enhancements, while delivering exceptional customer service. This role offers an opportunity to showcase your skills in a professional and welcoming environment, helping clients look and feel their best. A strong emphasis on sanitation, communication, and retail sales will ensure a positive experience for both clients and staff.
Currently we are only hiring chair/desk rentals (desks include a built-in dust collector and storage space for supplies) rental pricing ranges from $300-$600 per month. Apply with resume if interested in renting!
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and attention to detail
- Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization protocols to ensure client safety and hygiene standards are met
- Provide body waxing services as needed, ensuring client comfort and satisfaction
- Upsell retail products and additional services to enhance client experience and increase sales revenue
- Deliver excellent customer service by actively listening to clients’ needs and offering personalized recommendations
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and foster loyalty
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and well-stocked with supplies at all times
- Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and product knowledge through ongoing education
Qualifications
- Valid cosmetology or esthetician license preferred
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role preferred
- Knowledge of nail care techniques, sanitation standards, and safety procedures essential required
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Ability to upsell retail products confidently without being pushy
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
