What You'll Do
- Build and maintain relationships with a wide range of customers
- Respond to customer inquiries, quotations, and order requests
- Provide product information and technical support to customers
- Identify opportunities to grow existing customer accounts
- Coordinate with operations, production, and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate customer information and activity within the CRM system
- Deliver exceptional customer service while supporting sales growth initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Experience in Inside Sales, Customer Service, Account Management, Sales Support, or technical support roles
- Manufacturing, industrial, distribution, building materials, construction products, or technical product experience is considered an asset
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Professional, dependable, and customer-focused approach
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong math skills and someone who enjoys working with numbers
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
