Gray’s Auction Service is growing and looking for dependable and motivated staff to work in their liquidation store.
Responsibilities:
- Assembling and testing items
- Warehousing product
- Customer service
- Loading trailers
- Unpacking, store set-up, stocking shelves
- Tasks are diverse and the environment is fast-paced
- Manual lifting is involved
- Be part of a family-run business in the community of Minto
- We are the largest liquidation centre in the area, since 1993
Desirable Assets:
- GED or Secondary School Diploma
- Strong verbal communication skills in English
- Strong skills in assembling furniture and other household items
- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Basic understanding of common household appliances and electronics is an asset
- An interest in working in a fast-paced team environment, a positive attitude and good organizational skills
Job Specifics:
- Hours 8:00-5:00 Mondays to Thursdays, Fridays as scheduled, and alternate Saturdays
- Compensation: Starting at $18.00/hr
- Indoor work in a climate-controlled area with some outdoor work
