Windshield Surgeons is hiring a full-time Trainee Auto Glass Technician to join our team! No previous experience in auto glass is needed — just a great attitude, a valid Class 5 driver’s license, and a willingness to learn.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist experienced auto glass installers with repairs and replacements
- Perform rock chip and crack repairs
- Clean customer vehicles as part of our service promise
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Answer customer calls, provide support, and process payments
- Shuttle vehicles to and from local dealerships
What We’re Looking For:
- A valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record (required)
- Able to drive both standard and automatic transmission vehicles
- Physically fit and comfortable standing or moving for long periods
- A reliable team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Available to work Monday–Friday (8am–5pm) and Saturdays (9am–3pm) as per the shop schedule
