Retail Sales Associate
Spank Clothing is an independent fashion boutique focused on helping customers find pieces they love in a welcoming and inclusive environment. We're looking for a friendly, reliable team member who enjoys fashion, customer service, and working in a fast-paced retail setting. We're also looking for someone who is confident taking on a key holder/leadership role and can help lead the store when needed.
This role is part-time throughout August, with the opportunity to transition to full-time in September.
What You'll Do
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service
- Help customers find styles that suit them
- Maintain an organized and inviting sales floor
- Process sales accurately at the register
- Assist with opening and closing duties when required
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Ability to multitask in a busy retail environment
- Interest in fashion and current trends
- Morning availability
- Retail experience is an asset, especially with cash handling and opening/closing procedures, but not required
- Flexible availability, including weekends and special events
