We are looking for a driven and commercially minded Air Logistics Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving business growth by identifying and securing new opportunities while developing strong relationships with medium-sized accounts.
You will focus primarily on new business development (hunting), while also maximizing value within your existing customer portfolio. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, global logistics environment where collaboration, customer centricity, and strategic thinking are key to success.
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new customers through cold calling, networking, and lead generation activities
- Develop and convert a pipeline of air logistics opportunities into profitable business
- Manage and grow a portfolio of medium-sized accounts with strong revenue potential
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships by understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions
- Actively identify and execute cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing accounts
- Engage key decision-makers and stakeholders to influence purchasing decisions
- Collaborate with internal teams (pricing, operations, and customer care) to deliver competitive solutions
- Ensure early engagement and visibility of opportunities within internal systems and stakeholders
- Maintain accurate and high-quality customer and pipeline data within CRM tools (e.g., CoreLog)
- Support and contribute to RFQs and tender processes, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and timelines
- Participate in pipeline reviews, providing insights and strategies to improve conversion rates
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities within the air logistics space
- Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and follow-ups
- Contribute to overall sales strategy and revenue growth objectives
- Ensure alignment with internal KPIs and sales performance targets
