From outfitting players with the equipment they need to creating custom apparel that builds team spirit and brand pride, we love helping our customers succeed.
We're looking for a friendly, enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate who enjoys working with people and wants to be part of a team that values exceptional service, community involvement, and a passion for sports.
What You'll Do
- Welcome customers and provide an outstanding shopping experience.
- Assist customers in finding the right sporting goods, footwear, apparel, and accessories.
- Help teams, organizations, schools, and businesses with custom apparel inquiries and orders.
- Prepare quotes and coordinate custom apparel requests with team members.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Receive and stock merchandise, maintain displays, and help keep the store organized and inviting.
- Answer customer questions in person, by phone, and through email.
- Learn about new products and services so you can confidently assist customers.
- Work collaboratively with your teammates to support the day-to-day operations of the store.

- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset, but we're happy to train the right person.
- Interest in sports, teamwear, or custom apparel is a definite bonus.
- Ability to lift and move merchandise when required.
