Duties
- Provide professional massage therapy sessions tailored to each client’s specific health concerns and wellness goals
- Assess clients’ needs through consultation and develop customized treatment plans
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable treatment environment in accordance with health regulations
- Educate clients on self-care practices and post-treatment recommendations to enhance results
- Record detailed treatment notes and update client records accurately after each session
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure comfort, answer questions, and build rapport
- Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques, and continuing education requirements
Qualifications
- Valid registration as a Massage Therapist with the appropriate licensing body in your region
- Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to massage therapy and client health conditions
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse clients
- Excellent communication skills to clearly explain treatments and address client concerns
- Previous experience in a clinical or spa setting is preferred but not mandatory; training provided for the right candidate
- Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail

Pay: $75.00-$95.00 per hour
