Overview
We are hiring Door-to-Door Sales Representatives to join our growing exterior services team for the 2026 season.
This is a 100% commission-based, seasonal opportunity running from now until mid-November. Earnings are completely performance-based, and there is no cap on income for motivated individuals.
Our company specializes in exterior home services including gutter cleaning, window cleaning, pressure washing, and related residential services. You will be responsible for door-to-door canvassing, speaking with homeowners, and generating leads and sales across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
This role is best suited for individuals who are confident, energetic, and comfortable working in a performance-based environment. No prior sales experience is required, as training and guidance will be provided.

- Uncapped commission-based earnings

- After demonstrating consistent performance and bringing in a steady flow of jobs and sales, additional performance-based bonuses may be available for high-performing team members

Earnings:
This is a commission-only position. Earnings are based entirely on performance. Active and consistent team members typically earn $1,000–$3,000+ per week during peak season, with top performers earning significantly more.

Pay: $1.00-$100,000.00 per year
