Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel vehicles according to manufacturer specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance, complex diagnostics, safety inspections, and quality checks.
- Focus on fixing vehicles right the first time to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with the service advisor team to keep shop efficiency high and jobs moving smoothly.
Preferred Qualifications
- Red Seal Journeyperson Technician certification, or equivalent credentials.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills, with a specific interest or experience in domestic diesel engines.
- Experience with major domestic brands (specifically Chrysler/Stellantis platforms) is highly valued, but we are fully prepared to invest in your training if you have the right drive.
- A valid driver’s license, a dependable, safety-conscious attitude, and a team first mindset.
