Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Construction Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role involves implementing and overseeing systems to ensure smooth workflow through various phases of construction projects, coordinating between stakeholders, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, technical knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and proficiency with industry-standard software. Responsibilities
- Lead the development of systems to efficiently and effectively deliver project schedules and timelines using project management software.
- Coordinate with engineers, sub-contractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are clearly communicated and met.
- Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to facilitate accurate project execution.
- Manage project documentation including plans, change orders, RFIs, and submittals.
- Monitor project progress and update stakeholders regularly on milestones and potential delays.
- Assist in preparing construction estimates and budgets .
- Support site visits to ensure compliance with safety standards and quality specifications.
- Track project timelines, resources, and costs to maintain schedule adherence.
- Facilitate effective communication among team members to promote collaboration and problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle.
Skills
- Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Experience with construction or project management software.
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating processes and techniques.
- Familiarity with engineering concepts and construction schematics.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Effective time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Pay: $92,000.00-$102,000.00 per year
