Overview
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server to join our dynamic restaurant team.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales
- Handle cash and process payments accurately through cashiering systems
- Ensure food safety and sanitation protocols are followed during service and food handling
- Assist in food preparation or kitchen tasks as needed to support team operations
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, and dining areas throughout shifts
- Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently during busy periods
- Provide guest services by addressing questions, special requests, or concerns professionally
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is advantageous
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and basic math for cash handling
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Experience with food industry operations including serving, food preparation, and hospitality best practices is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential for success in this role
Pay: $15.00-$16.00 per hour
