Landscape Construction Foreman — Year-Round Position
Rock Hammer Industries Ltd. is looking for a Landscape Construction Foreman to join our team.
This is a working leadership position for someone who can eventually take over day-to-day field leadership and run their own crew.
We build high-quality residential outdoor spaces in Regina and surrounding area, including patios, paving stone projects, retaining walls, grading, sod, outdoor living spaces, and full yard transformations.
Year-round work includes landscape construction during the outdoor season, plus indoor and outdoor sauna, cold plunge, and hot pool installations through River Rock Spas.
What we need:
- Valid driver’s license required
- Reliable vehicle required
- Landscape or construction experience preferred
- Hardscape experience preferred
- Equipment knowledge is an asset
- Strong work ethic and physical ability
- Ability to lead, train, and organize a crew
- Good communication with employees, customers, suppliers, and ownership
- Calm, reliable, no-drama leadership
The role:
You will help manage daily field operations, crew productivity, materials, quality control, site organization, and employee accountability.
Customer interaction is required, but estimating, major project planning, and project changes remain with ownership.
Standard work week. Rare Saturdays.
Wage based on experience.
