We are looking for a professional and personable Spa Receptionist to join our growing team full-time.
Job Overview
As a Spa Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests—setting the tone for a relaxing and memorable spa experience. You’ll manage front desk operations, coordinate appointments, assist guests with spa information, and support smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome all guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality
- Manage phone, email, and walk-in bookings using spa scheduling software
- Check guests in and out, process payments, and handle gift certificates
- Assist with retail sales and promote spa products and treatment upgrades
- Maintain a tidy, serene, and well-stocked reception area
- Communicate clearly with therapists and management about bookings or guest needs
- Support daily operations, including light cleaning or laundry tasks as needed
- Uphold a calm, professional demeanor in a fast-paced, guest-centered environment
Requirements
- Previous experience in a spa, salon, or hospitality front desk role preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Organized, reliable, and able to multitask efficiently
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Basic computer literacy; experience with booking systems is an asset
- Available to work weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings

Job Type:
Part Time (20-30 hours per week) and Full-time (40 hours per week)
Schedule:
- Day shifts and occasional evenings
- Must be available weekends and holidays
Compensation:
