In this role, you will operate and monitor industrial knitting machines to ensure efficient production and consistent product quality. Compensation & Benefits:
Syfilco Ltd. offers competitive wages, with eligibility for in-range increases and economic adjustments. Starting pay is from $22.76 to $23.51. Employees are eligible for in-range increases at the 3-month mark based on performance.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor industrial knitting machines to ensure optimal performance
- Pile skids
- Cut cores
- Conduct quality control checks on finished products to meet company standards
- Troubleshoot machine issues and collaborate with team members to resolve them
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Work Schedule:
This is a full-time, 40-hour per week position with rotating shifts (days, afternoons, evenings). This position is not suitable for students.
