Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional movement assessments and fitness evaluations
- Design and implement individualized exercise and rehabilitation programs
- Supervise and progress therapeutic exercises prescribed by physiotherapists
- Educate patients on proper exercise technique, posture, and injury prevention
- Monitor patient progress and modify programs as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals
- Support return-to-work, return-to-sport, and chronic condition management programs
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology
- Registered with the Alberta Kinesiology Association (AKA), or the Canadian Kinesiology Association (CKA)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in a physiotherapy or rehabilitation setting is an asset
