Job Summary
JNB Appliance Wholesale is looking for an experienced, certified appliance technician to join our growing team.
This position is a combination of in-store work and on-the-road service & warranty calls. We’re looking for someone who can confidently diagnose, repair, test, and evaluate appliances while providing great customer service.
Job Duties:
- Diagnose and repair household appliances
- Complete service and warranty calls at customer homes
- Test and grade incoming appliances
- Inspect scratch & dent/open box inventory
- Determine repairability and scrap non-functional units when necessary
- Assist with loading/unloading and warehouse organization
- Work on refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ranges, and more
Qualifications
- Certified appliance technician preffered
- Previous appliance repair experience required
- Proven electrical experience with the ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Knowledge of safety standards and procedures in appliance repair environments
- Must be reliable, punctual, and professional
