We are seeking a Registered Physiotherapist who is energetic, growth-minded, and passionate about movement and performance. About the Role
This is an on-site contract role, or can be part-time located at Launchpad at Mickelson National Golf Club.
As a Registered Physiotherapist, you will evaluate and diagnose client conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions to promote recovery, performance, and injury prevention.
You would collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to debrief your insights and treatment plans. Integrate recommendations from biomechanics assessments into treatment plans, helping clients reduce the symptoms and at the same time integrate principles to resolve the root cause of pain, injury, and recurring tightness.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and evaluations
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on client goals, movement patterns, and physical presentation
- Integrate biomechanics assessment findings into rehabilitation programming
- Collaborate with a Muscle Activation Practitioner to better understand muscular imbalances and compensation patterns
- Incorporate MAT-informed movement recommendations into treatment planning to improve outcomes and long-term function
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, rehabilitation, and corrective exercise prescription
- Educate clients
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Participate in occasional team collaboration and case discussionsWhy This Role is Different

Compensation
Contract Position (set your own hours and make more money) or Part-Time (guaranteed hours, and more stability)
- Expected earnings: $75–$90+ per hour
- Compensation varies based on:
- Session type
- Client volume
- Packages and programming
- Caseload growth

QualificationsRequired
✔ Registered (or eligible for registration) with the
College of Physiotherapists of Alberta
✔ CPR & First Aid Certification
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
✔ Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous learning
Preferred / Assets
⭐ New graduate or early-career physiotherapist with a passion for learning
⭐ Previous experience or interest in athletic rehabilitation and performance
⭐ Golf experience or interest in golf biomechanics
⭐ Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) certification considered an asset
⭐ Athletic, active, and comfortable working with performance-focused clients
⭐ Curious, coachable, and excited to integrate biomechanics and MAT-informed concepts into practice
