Sculpted Clinic | Ottawa, ON
Part-Time (Approximately 16-30 hours/week)
Sculpted Clinic is growing, and we're looking for a creative, organized, and motivated individual to join our team! This role combines social media, marketing, and administrative support while helping grow both Sculpted Clinic and our new educational division, Sculpted Academy.
Responsibilities
- Create and edit Instagram Reels, TikToks, photos, and stories
- Capture before-and-after content and treatment footage
- Schedule social media content and engage with followers
- Respond to general inquiries by phone, email, and social media
- Assist with appointment coordination and administrative tasks
- Coordinate training models for Sculpted Academy
- Respond to Academy inquiries and maintain student waitlists
- Assist with email marketing updates
- Support clinic events, promotions, and marketing campaigns
We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Is creative, organized, and detail-oriented
- Has experience with social media content creation
- Is comfortable filming and editing videos
- Has excellent communication and customer service skills
- Can multitask and work independently
- Has experience with Canva, CapCut, or similar software (an asset)
- Has administrative, marketing, or customer service experience
Experience in medical aesthetics, healthcare, beauty, or wellness is an asset but not required.

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
